ABOUT ANNIE
‘Hello, I’m Annie. I’m an experienced Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathworks Teacher. I’ve been practising mindfulness and meditation for the past twelve years – which transformed my own life, particularly in relation to stress and living with illness. I had a very busy job and when I developed, chronic illness, I began suffering from stress and anxiety which led to insomnia and complete burn out. Through renewed daily mindfulness practice I found calm and the strength and compassion to heal myself.
Midlife can feel challenging and we may feel off balance at times. Yet it is such a powerful time for woman to rise, taking control of their self-care and self-healing. I knew I wanted to share the skills and techniques I’ve learned with others to help them transform their daily lives, so I signed up with Breathworks, a global leader in Mindfulness Teacher Training,
I love doing what I can to support others on their midlife mindfulness journeys. And so this is why I’m bringing you this amazing Breathworks course which will teach you the skills you need to boost your happiness and wellbeing, and find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life.
